This was supposed to be my "one year of juggling" video but since university didn't allow me to practice and record on time, some months have passed.

P.S. In case you are wondering why I particularly chose those 4 languages in the end, the reason is that those are the languages I speak/study.

I wanted to film some things which where becoming solid and I wanted to put on stage maybe sometime soon. I also included 2 tricks which are not going on stage anytime soon, but occasionally creep into my practice session.

This is the first of the "Cate Emily" videos. I give the title Cate Emily to videos that I feel make a statement about me. In other words something more serious than a quick practice video. I actually never even called myself "Cate Emily" until I made this video, but it started to stick, so I went with it...
The title is true by the way, I went off my medication (anti-depressants actually, but Ritalin is more catchy) and made this video in a four day burst of caffeine/ADD fueled burst of mania. Bet you didn't know that, huh?

Here's a video of me doing some contact juggling in Barcelona last week... mainly isolations and not a lot of variety but it was my first time being in front of a crowd (sort of) and got a bit stuck!
This could be considered my 1 month and 3/4 video... next time I'll put more body rolling and different tricks! I know I need a lot of improvement and practice more than I do, but this is already an important part of my life and I'm happy to share it with others! :)
Feel free to critique and advise!

pass poi in chest roll ????
without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???.
Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.
