I just landed today back in America, during my one month trip back to Malaysia it was amazing to get to see my family and also be a part of the amazing production PsycuSix.Ψ got to put together./nOn my last day, during my birthday. I got to film a project with Jeremy Lewis of Finding Future to touch on the topic of how juggling has become a part of my life.

Here's a non-trailer trailer for an upcoming mini-series of Boppo's Whiteboard ... namely, several different methods to calculate or deduce transition sequences between excited-state siteswap tricks. If you know the get-in and get-outs, that's enough to make transitions. If you know of or can find a trick that has states in common with the tricks you wish to transition between, that is enough to make transition sequences. If you know the states themselves and can find throws to convert between them, that too is enough. Also, if you can give the total arrival schedule, if you will, of the entire sequence you wish to have transitions within, that too enables you to deduce possible transition sequences. They all work for synch, too, but the last is maybe the best method for me.

I have met with Istvan during circus workshop in Pilsen and when I was traveling to Romania I stop by to visit him. We shot this non-commercial video in old butchery in Budapest where by coincidence was rehearsing music band Mindless Game that you can hear in video.

This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. Dopo quasi 5 anni dal primo approccio con la giocoleria, ecco che esce "Sparkle" o "Scintilla" (su ispirazione di una canzone dei Dropp), il video che esprime al meglio la mia intenzione di raggiungere la completezza nella manipolazione, tecnica ed artistica, delle palline. "Sparkle" è frutto di un intenso lavoro di allenamento e ricerca, filmato e montato interamente da me, tuttora diciassettenne. Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.

A fun video of spring break, nothing to serious or full of effort but some nice tricks nonetheless. Most of the footage is from my trip to Oakland where I got to juggle with Shawn, Kyle and the rest of the people at the Vulcan and the Vagabond Ballroom. Hurray for nudists and juggling, two things that go oh so well together.
The beard section in the middle is to make Sondre happy or disturbed depending on how he takes it.

Three Hat Cascade - Ring Style - Juggling 3 hats in a cascade, throwing them as you would rings.
1. Learn to juggle 3 balls. See the IJDb tutorials page. Sorry non-jugglers, but it'll help a lot.
2. Throw each hat with a flick of the wrist to give it some stabilising spin. Catch the hats palm-upwards, in an inside grip. Rotate the wrist inwards 180 degrees before the next throw.
