Tragically that is no longer a possibility and so I hope he'd forgive me for uploading it now. His work is timeless and I truly believe he'd be happy to let us all enjoy what he spent so long building and be pleased to know that his work lives on to inspire future generations. An excerpt from a Kinogram newsreel found on archive.org. Joe Cook bounces 5 balls, and juggles 5 clubs. Footage repeats in slow motion.

Two poles of different lengths balanced simultaneously on the head, as well as some other balancing tricks. This is know as a dual or twin inverted pendulum in control systems engineering. In the first 2 clips I use a long pole that is 4 times the length of the short pole. In the 3rd clip the long pole is only 3 times as long and is more difficult. The poles fit together in sections so that I can pack them in my bag. They're made from a cheap Argos wardrobe. The ball on the end of the long pole is mainly there to make the end more visible. I'm using rubber chair leg feet at the bottom end of the poles. Music is 'Heartbeats' by The Knife.

3 Minutes of integral improvisation. Many repeats, only two mistakes. I know its boring, but do try to enjoy it.

This is filmed at Lake Monger, facing towards Perth's CBD. The music is Roads by Portishead. It focuses on the orbits in various juggling patterns. Every juggling pattern is a combination of one or more orbits. Each colour in a pattern corresponds to a different orbit. An orbit is simply a path that a single ball follows. For example if you follow a red ball in a particular pattern, you will see it repeats through a set path. All the red balls in the pattern follow this same path; all the green balls follow their own different path and all the blue balls follow a third separate path. One technical note: 97531 actually consists of 5 orbits - 91 clockwise, 91 anticlockwise, 73 clockwise, 73 anticlockwise and 5. I combined the two 91 orbits and the two 73 orbits to blue and green because it simply looks much better this way.

This is the biggest juggling festival I've ever been to in my life and it was a blast. This video includes the best jugglers that I talked to and had the opportunity to record with. A circus performance my friend and I performed in circus class last term. We have still yet to perform it to an audience this term. The basci story line is that I (the kid with blonde hair starting on stage) am doing some diabolo tricks. My friend (dark haired guy) walks on and sees me. He trys to show me up by juggling but fails (on purpose). I show him up again, and he steals my diabolo (twice) then he grabs some staffs. We fight, he "beats me", but then I get pu and finish him with the diabolo and do a final trick. ENJOY! :DDD/nP.S. The reason I ran off stage quickly was to grab a diabolo which rolled off stage. Sorry for the 2 fails (diabolo ones).

Shot outside the Odeon in Cardiff Bay. Shortly afterward the marketing manager asked me if I wanted to earn some free tickets by performing in front of the imax screen while the people took their seats for Alice in Wonderland. Panto gets it's name from the pass from A to B on beat 1, the club is quite close to the back of the manipulators head (He's behind you!).

Ed Clark's "Minued", performed by Aidee Castro, Rhonda Murray, and Will Murray of Long Beach. The Minued is a pass-pass-self takeout pattern with a basic cycle of 9 beats. Each person takes a turn as the manipulator and then the pattern repeats in a mirror image, so one full cycle takes 54 beats. This video is just under two full cycles. It was shot at the Passing Zone Clubhouse in Huntington Beach, California on April 2, 2015.

Starting off with the base pattern of rotating 2 count 4 count feed, we then add the maniuplators to do 3B (Brook in blue t-shirt the B maniuplator, Steve in black t-shirt the 3 manipulator). Every 30 beats you get back to the start, and so every 30 beats the B/V manipulator (Brook at this point) switches to the other pattern and the 5 people do around of 3B/3V. We do 3B/3V/3B/3V and then try to exit the pattern.
