This is a family of tricks that are part cascade or fountain, and part shower or pseudoshower, which are good tricks for learning numbers juggling. They are stepping stones between the easier tricks you can do, and target numbers trick you wish to do. Pseudoshower?! Twin to the shower, it has even high throws and odd period, instead of odd high throws and even period. The four families of hybrids are, the cascade-shower, the cascade-pseudoshower, the fountain-shower, and the fountain-pseudoshower. The inf. pseudoshower 3: 1818181 could have been added to the lower right section, on top. I like all of these tricks, but haven't seen them described this way before. I also performed 8888181 and 8888881 in Ten Years of Not Juggling, shown on the board. In that film I also performed 6: 99919191, and 5: 88171717, 6: 88881717, 7: 88888817, and also 6: 889191, and 7: 888891, which differ in having shower throws higher than the fountain throws.

In his later years, Murray was known for his laid-back style of comedy juggling, so it is interesting to see him working on more technical tricks here, including 6 & 7 balls. The Guinness Book of World Records actually accepted this as a juggling record but said they would not include it in the book since the record for a single juggler was 11 and they thought we should be closer to double that.

Although so many things went wrong, I still think this turned out rather well. In the 3 ball part, I went 2 minutes and 40 seconds without a drop, which is good because when I did drop it, I was done anyway. And try to ignore the hiss, I couldn't get rid of it, but I think later on it just went away. I did something special for part 2, I won't spoil it, but it sucked getting that right, and it still wasn't as good as I had hoped. Yes I shook the camera and didn't realize it, but after that it went alright. although my hand was in the way for one of the tricks, (hint, inside elbow stall, then again rolling it to the fingers). Contact juggling, for the first 2 parts I was standing on some cloths because of the squeaky floorboard I was on. In this part I decided to take them away so I can stand level on the floor....and you can hear the results. If you can get past the floorboard, then I did pretty good....in the beginning. It's weird, I purposely put the hard tricks in the beginning so if I kept messing up

We stopped at a small restaurant and ordered burgers with DOUBLE CHEESE AND NUGGETS. And now, HOLD ON TIGHT! Revitalized by this well prepared meal, our companions started to philosophize about BAD HABITS and BEing SHARPE. Quite cofused as we were, we didn't understand a word they were saying. They continued explaining to us that there were only a few decisions in life you really have to make : Choose carefully, if don't pick the right options you will end up having INTEGRAL ERRORS. When I arrived at the Pacific Northwest Juggling Convention in Corvallis I had no intentions of entering any competitions. Reluctantly I agreed to participate, not really knowing who Sean McKinney was. After watching the other performers, I was sure I didn't win and went up to the Balcony to watch the rest of the show. They announced me as the winner just as I had come down for a drink of water. They gave me the coolest juggling trophy I've ever seen! Since then I've done my homework on McKinney and spent some time with the people who knew him and decided I probably was the right person for this particular competition.

Here my first video on JTV but my second ever. Filmed during my vacation time (Mai and June) in China in Shanghai and beijing (zhong shan park is in Shanghai). Not the best tricks, but I set a high value on the localations and backgrounds that time. The music is made by Haiao Mijazaki (hope it's the right spelling) from the movies: Nausicaä; Castle in the sky and Totoro :D Great movies and great music everytime! This special, one sided diabolo is calles kong zhu and very famous in Shanghai!

Niels Duinker teaches you how to juggle with 5 balls. The basic pattern to juggle with 4 balls is the fountain. To juggle 4 balls you will learn to juggle with 2 balls in the right hand and with 2 balls in the left hand. When you put it to together you end up juggling 4 balls! It's a great juggling trick and with this video you can learn it too!
