Entry #2 to the IJA Video Tutorial Contest 2016! Bounce juggling tutorial for the active/force 5 balls. I haven´t seen a lot of bounce juggling tutorials, so I hope this helps anyone who wants to find its way through this kind of juggling! :) My first video on juggling.tv btw! :)

A tiny bit easier than a matrix because you are turning into the staff. Look at the points you need to start turning, they are when you start leaning back to get it under the arm. Again very hard to get smooth.

Despina Kehaiova (15 yrs) hula hoops at 10th Cirque de Demain 1987. Silver medal
In the same year, she competed at the Monte Carlo Circus Festival as topmounter for the Kehaiova teeterboard troupe. They won a silver clown.
Sadly she died in 2004, aged 32, when her aerial silk rigging failed while performing with Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey.

Use grease for easy turning the screw, turn the wick without grease and it is impossible.
