The feeder is A and the feedees are B (on A's left) and C. The feeder counts 1 2 3. On 1 and 3, A and B exchange a pass. On 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, B catches the pass and walks over by A, rotating the positions.
1. "iA": The manipulator M intercepts a pass from B to A. The juggler who was A becomes the manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator reads A's line.
2. "cC": The manipulator carries a club to C.
3. "sB": The manipulator substitutes a pass from A to B (catches the pass and hands in a different club). Then all the jugglers are re-labeled (but not the manipulator) and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.
Here, Rhonda starts manipulating at beat 3 above.

Mystery Wrist Mount Trick - N12 MagicYoYo Shark Tutorial. About the trick... It came out in the late 90's early 2000. Alex Berenguel may be the creator of the trick. This trick has been a difficult one to have a 100% identification on the name. Thanks to Shannon Jackson and the Yossarian for their help in trying to identify the originator and name (about 95% sure on the answer). Special thanks to MagicYoYo in Shenzhen! This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck.
