Stalling fishtails is a nice way to go into other moves and can be the saving grace when you cock them up. If the staff starts sliding off your hand go into a stall and strike some cheesy pose (everybody loves cheese) and then just carry on. Throws are quite nice from stalls but you can also go into a halo roll or many varients thereof

BoB (Bristols Other Bristol) Juggling convention in the UK, 1999 (BoB1) was held in the University of Bristol Students Union, and the show was in The Winston Theater.
I've made no attempt to contact the performers in this 16 year old video, so if you're in this video and would prefer I took it down - please say so and I will remove it!
NB - This video is a bit dark, because UV staff doesn't really show up very well on 1990s video camera equipment. It's included in this collection for completeness

This is a collection of video I shot over the years as I developed a routine around the tennis ball and can./nHere's my recollection of the history of 3 tennis balls and a tennis can: On easter of 1989 I was bored and picked up a can of tennis balls thinking, "I can probably throw all of the balls out of the can and then go into a 4 pattern that includes the can." I quickly discovered some of the centrifugal properties of the can and began developing a routine at the Celebration Barn with people like Fritz Grobe and Steven Ragatz helping to critique my idea. At the same time in another part of the world, Scott Slesnick had discovered the same prop, but was doing different things with it. Neither of us knew of the other for years, but when we met at an IJA convention in Vegas one year, we pieced together the rumors we had heard of each other and decided that we had both come up with it independently and had been spreading it around the world over the years.

Doug Sayers wins convincingly with a time of over 6 minutes. Due especially to the length, you might find that this video gets boring. Also, my camera work is lousy at times. And yet, I post this anyway in case someone wants to check it out.

Apps on apps - First i used an app to record the trails then I used an app to automagically edit a video together. I used "Luminancer" for the Trails, and "Magisto" for the edit. While its not perfect, It was crazy to fast to put it all together.
