My friend Claire visited me in Berlin, and we had an amazing day hanging out, being silly, and having fun together. I recently started hooping too, and even though she is a pro already, this is the first hoop video for both of us. Enjoy

the Boscombe Spinners Circus Club did a lot more in March , the weather turned lovely agin and we ventured back outside where we belong, and onto the beach again for fire spinning, Ruby the hoop was Christened and partner poi was learnt. lots more fun to come people!

this is an older one.It's a trick i call " the iron lotus" this trick happens at the end. it is when the hoop is tossed in the air, then i flip the wand so that the handle flips into the hoop as I catch it.
