Various juggling moves: 3 through 9 objects.

This was my selection video for the Japanese Juggling Festival championships. Unfortunately, I just found out it wasn't good enough to get through...in case you were wondering, up to 2 or 3 misses is generally fine, I felt like the end was small enough to forgive. As for next year, I'll try again, and now this vid is out there I need some harder tricks...

All the stuff I learned for Diabolo over the summer. Half way through making the video the string started to fray but I chose not to fix it so some of the tricks are a wee bit sloppy.

Place the back of one hand against the front of the crown and the palm of the other hand against the back of the hat. Lift the hat off and roll the hands round each other so that the hat tumbles through one complete spin as you carry the hat down to waist level. Reverse the process to return the hat to the head.

The Feel Flux! Hold the hat by the brim in an outside grip with the crown facing forwards. Swing your arm up infront of you, until your hand is about eye level, with the hat tilting slightly upwards. If you let go at the top of the swing, the hat's momentum should carry it through, and it will roll down your arm. The movement that follows is similar to the one arm tumble. Look down your arm, tuck your chin in, and raise your arm slightly so that the hat rolls downhill and on to your head. Once you can do that, try throwing the hat from your left hand, and using the right hand to guide it into a dynamic arm tumble.

We had one goal, which was to meet our friend Chris who was working in Portugal. The only problem was we didn't have any money to travel. So we hatch a plan to road trip it and busk to make money along the way - we started our journey in London and travelled through France, Spain and into Portugal.

This is the new generation, putting myself through medical university with the help of fire art work.

On a mild winter day we decided to continue and keep the recordings to make a one year long project season by season. The recordings were take accidentally: we didn't have a script etc. Nevertheless I like how the result of one year of practicing is so visible.
