I had big problems with editing this. I am sorry for the bad qualitly, it was hd at first but my pc couldn't handle it so I had to convert it into such a bad quality :(. I am proud of this video anyway :D, there are some awesome 3d skills and also some new variations with 1 and 2d I came up with in this video.

As you can see in the vid the right leg works very much like the left arm in a conveyorbelt. When you get the staff onto the foot you need to turn into the staff so you end up in backwards fishtails. Once your into the fishtails you really need to turn your whole body each half beat to get it smooth (no easy task when your balancing on one leg and trying not to make jerky movements with the other).

Breakaway Yo-Yo Trick. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a responsive Duncan Dragonfly. Filmed January and February 2013 in Northwest New Mexico. Cinematography by Izzi. The video features music from the Musopen project "Borodin - In The Steppes Of Central Asia". BoB (Bristols Other Bristol) Juggling convention in the UK, 1999 (BoB1) was held in the University of Bristol Students Union, and the show was in The Winston Theater.
I've made no attempt to contact the performers in this 16 year old video, so if you're in this video and would prefer I took it down - please say so and I will remove it!

These are a nice varient of conveyor belts. First learn to do continuous. When the staff is falling off your last elbow, raise that elbow and bring your other elbow underneath to catch it by sort of hugging yourself. Give the staff a bit of a pop as it comes off so as to give yourself a little more time to catch it. When you've got that add the antispin by moving each point of the move to the antispin points (watch the video).

2 young boys from Beijing (Peking) Acrobatic Troupe juggling china jars/pots at 10th Cirque de Demain 1987. Gold medal.
Jar juggling is a traditional Chinese acrobatic form, but is more commonly done as a solo act. Doing it in duo opens up lots of possibilities.
