TricksWithHats: Plates - Vertical Throw
The plate is held and thrown vertically, and spins in the vertical plane. Jugglers will recognise this as the way that rings are usually thrown.

This is my first juggling video and I consider myself "new" in the juggling thing so go easy on me :D

A good run of 5 club backcrosses!
This is the longest run of this trick I have done on digital video.
Hope it inspires people who are learning 5 club backcrosses; it is taking me a long time to learn, but it's still fun when I get good runs.
