Elimar Clemens Buschmann. Silent. 1940s or early 1950s, judging by the quality of the film, and the apparent age of the juggler. See link for more info. Believed to have been filmed by Tex Glanville.

“Great skills. I love the trick at 2:30. I bet it's much harder than he makes it look!”

“This is an amazing video of my father. Here is a link to a mini- biography that I wrote: http://sandradodd.com/jugglingrobyn
My father was one of 9 brothers. My cousin has started a business designing hand woven bow ties in his honor, named "Elimar". http://www.elimar.co.uk/
My father spent WWII interned in Australia, but spent time in the US in the 1950's. I would think that this is post-war. He appeared more than once on the Ed Sullivan Show, Ed being a juggling enthusiast, and toured with the Harlem Globetrotters. Later after meeting my mother (16 years his junior) in Melbourne, Australia, they both toured Europe and Asia. They were supposed to do a Bob Hope USO tour in Korea, but unfortunately he contracted malaria and had to miss it. Later, after I was born, the entire family toured Europe with the Globetrotters.
What is not shown in the video is that my father also walked a tightrope and slack wire. His act included juggling while on the wire. He was, as you saw, amazingly fast and agile.”
