I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days! This move evolved from the inside bit of 5 beat fishtails. Basically you are fishtailing on the inside bit of your thumb between your thumb and arm. This is fairly tricky to keep going so what I do (as you will see in the video) is add extra beats to keep the momentum going, this does technically declassify the move as a fishtail but I think it's quite a fun move and it feels nice to do.

These can be done forwards and backwards. They arn't true elbow fishtails because there is only one beat of a fishtail at a time with other beats put in to get positioning. If anyone manages complete continuous elbow fishtails please let me know and i'll stick a vid up cos they are DAMN hard. The tricky bit of this move is getting your elbow across 180 fast enough to catch the fishtail but not so fast the staff flys off your elbow. (See also Elbow Fishtails)

Learning to spin Rope and Tray at the 2013 Portland Juggling and Vaudeville Extravaganza (sept 27-29 2013). I was testing Bri's teaching skills by being a total novice and providing novice feedback to assist with future instruction. It was a great time full of juggling and learning and friends.
