A segment from my practice session today.
Drilling BtN (behind the neck) variations of things. It's still bumpy but progress is being made, slowly but surely. Posting on the web for concrit and tips from other jugglers.
I start by showing the normal move I am doing/attempting, then proceed with attempted BtN variations of that move.

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days! Na workshopy a přednášky jsou vybíráni jedni z nejatraktivnějších lektorů v daných žonglérských oborech. Jednotlivé lekce jsou tvořeny tak, aby účastníci rychle a efektivně pochopili přednášený předmět lekce. /nPřednášky a workshopy jsou určeny spíše pro pokročilejší žongléry, kteří se chtějí dále rozvíjet v žonglérském umění, ale pro začátečníky budou velmi poučné a hodně si z nich odnesou.

in practice I decided to have a quick go at 9 rings on a chair, after my first attempt was a messy flash my 3rd attempt was a beautiful way to easy very clean 11 catches whilst sitting down! :)

Steve Rawlings showed me this trick in Birmingham and said that he used to do it in every show, but now that he's older (and a little rounder :-) he can't get it every time any more. Steve uses a china plate for this trick, but it works with hats too which is why it's here! :-)
Take the hat in your right hand, using an inside grip and hold it so that the crown of the hat is facing to the left.
Throw the hat virtically with some spin, and then do the following while the hat is in the air...
Put your right hand between your legs
Take the hand around the back of the right leg
Stand on your left leg and move the right hand & foot behind the left leg
Then, catch the descending hat in your right hand, from that position. Without falling over.
Top Tips: Practice the "tangle yourself up" bit first without the catch. Keep your eye on the hat as it decends, practice loads...
Luke Burrage managed to get this on video within 30 minutes. I've been trying for weeks and can't do it. It's pretty hard.
