A little free performance I did at the JJF. I didn't have much time to make it but I tried to throw in some harder stuff than my championship routine to test it out. Gonna work on completely new tricks for next year and keep them out of videos so there's a bit more impact when seeing them, a lot of this stuff has been done to death now.

Learning to spin Rope and Tray at the 2013 Portland Juggling and Vaudeville Extravaganza (sept 27-29 2013). I was testing Bri's teaching skills by being a total novice and providing novice feedback to assist with future instruction. It was a great time full of juggling and learning and friends. A new pattern created using Aidan notation. The manipulators in this pattern are dependent, as clubs are taken by one manipulator and replaced by the other.
4 count static Y base, with B at the back of the Y, D in the middle of the Y, A on the left of the Y (from the point of view of D and B) and C on the right. Aiden notation for the pattern:

This video is a short showcase of some of the results of months of research in ring manipulation. The video was shot in just a few short hours with a mobile phone camera and without the aid of a camera man but was expertly edited by Hannah Martin. Simple as the production is, it is for me a fine a example of the conclusion of the research; Rings are cool. /nJuggling - Pol Hanrahan
