This video is a short showcase of some of the results of months of research in ring manipulation. The video was shot in just a few short hours with a mobile phone camera and without the aid of a camera man but was expertly edited by Hannah Martin. Simple as the production is, it is for me a fine a example of the conclusion of the research; Rings are cool. /nJuggling - Pol Hanrahan

So after spending the majority of the last year not juggling, I am now healthy again! hooray! Here are a few tricks from the last few days, I've started to feel like my self again so i whipped the camera out. Performed at the Kakunihai event today, came second with this routine. I actually messed up the timing somehow (I went too fast?) so I ended up having to fill the gaps in a few places, but at least it wasn't too droppy. Time to make a better routine for JJF...

Breakaway Yo-Yo Trick. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a responsive Duncan Dragonfly. Filmed January and February 2013 in Northwest New Mexico. Cinematography by Izzi. At Central Michigan University last spring, I started the Circus Arts Club. Quite a few of our members had never even picked up any circus hobby before joining the club. We've all made a lot of great friends and have had a ton of fun! It's a great time!

Going through as many variations of finger stall that I can think of. In a few cases I just did the index and middle fingers as putting them all in would take forever and be pretty boring to watch too. If anyone has any more ideas for different stalls let me know please!

I was asked to perform at JCJC fairly last minute, but seeing as I don't practice for performances I just stuck a few things I am comfortable with together. It had its problems but at least I didn't mess up. Might have to actually work on a proper routine sometime in the future though!
