This video is a short showcase of some of the results of months of research in ring manipulation. The video was shot in just a few short hours with a mobile phone camera and without the aid of a camera man but was expertly edited by Hannah Martin. One of my favorite passing patterns, 4.5p 2.5p 3.5p, named "Holy Grail" by Will and Rhonda, with fourhanded siteswap 975.
I passed this pattern in longer rounds with balls and rings, but I think the best club rounds was passing it with Caspar this winter in Pass Out X.
