I had big problems with editing this. I am sorry for the bad qualitly, it was hd at first but my pc couldn't handle it so I had to convert it into such a bad quality :(. I am proud of this video anyway :D, there are some awesome 3d skills and also some new variations with 1 and 2d I came up with in this video.

I went for a practice but the weather was really nice and there was a perfectly frozen lake, I couldn't resist filming something (some of the warming up combos of my practices actually) with the little battery I had left. As always, no so hard stuff but pretty solid (take into account the slippery surface).

The video was actually created especially for a family member's own personal "Come Dine With Me" entertainment, and has been personalised for several other uses... Our entry for the IJA tutorial contest: 3 count behind the head passing. Watch the point where fishtail goes into the angel roll. It's just as you would be bringing the fishtail back to behind you. Bring your arm up to break the spin of the fishtail and push the staff into an angel roll.

This is my favorite new move at the moment. Do the first half of a full matrix and you will find the staff wants to go behind your neck if you don't lean into the second half straight away. Let it go behind you and lean to the left to get it back in front of you (an extra spin on the back can help line up the centre point) and then do the second half of the matrix.
