Ed Clark's "Minued", performed by Aidee Castro, Rhonda Murray, and Will Murray of Long Beach. The Minued is a pass-pass-self takeout pattern with a basic cycle of 9 beats. Each person takes a turn as the manipulator and then the pattern repeats in a mirror image, so one full cycle takes 54 beats. This video is just under two full cycles. It was shot at the Passing Zone Clubhouse in Huntington Beach, California on April 2, 2015.

A game branded as Gyro Ring in the past, here is a fabulously addicting prop composed of five brass washers (beads) strung onto a stainless steel ring.
To activate this prop you spin the brass beads and turn the larger ring to keep them going in perpetual activity. The ring can then be manipulated in various ways to perform a large range of tricks! This is a improv set slowed to 1/2x.
These rings were popular in Japan and New Zealand circa 1995-1997 but remained widely unknown to much of the rest of the world. A small selection of high quality rings are available online at my website SlingTrue.org

without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???.
Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.

I'm Toddington from the UK. I started up Diabolo 9 months ago when I started travelling Sri Lanka and India. The internet was terrible so I've been learning from books until now. Feeding the Fish were commissioned to create choreographed routines for BBC TV's prime-time game-show: "Britain's Brightest". Feeding the Fish's 6-person team used their patented Pixel-Poi technology. The Pixel-Poi were specially programmed to include particular written numbers in their ultra-bright display. The contestants were asked to remember the numbers as they were displayed and answer mathematical questions.
