This is an angel roll with a jesus in the middle, and since a jesus consists of a halo roll and a front side halo roll hence holy trinity (angel, jesus and halo). When the angel roll is coming across your back you need to turn quite fast to get into the jesus. If you get the jesus the exit isn't too hard, just hold out your arm like you would normally for an angel roll.

This move evolved from the inside bit of 5 beat fishtails. Basically you are fishtailing on the inside bit of your thumb between your thumb and arm. This is fairly tricky to keep going so what I do (as you will see in the video) is add extra beats to keep the momentum going, this does technically declassify the move as a fishtail but I think it's quite a fun move and it feels nice to do.

Footage from a summer 2016 trip to Toronto with Ari and Jeff was still on my old camera, so I put together a video in a mad dash before JTV enters archive mode./nWe were all pretty rusty here, but we had a lot of fun. This video is the result of me exploring body throws with clubs for over a year. It includes the best club tricks I’ve come up with since my last club video, and most tricks include shoulder, arm and leg rolls. I’ve been exploring these concepts because I feel like they haven’t been explored enough and I highly recommend you to try them out! Finally, I put a substantial amount of time and exploration into this so I hope you enjoy the tricks and help me share this video. Enjoy!

The matrix. It's hard. That's why everyone loves it. You can do the matirx in 2 ways, starting on the neck like I do or starting on the shoulder like meg does here. To distinguish the difference I call this version a full matrix because it goes fully around your body and not just under both arms. I personally prefer the full matrix (well I would wouldn't I) because I think it looks nicer but it's all a matter of oppinion. The secret to getting a matrix is to really lean. It takes a while to get and takes even longer (a lot longer) to get it solid. As with everything practice, practice, practice.
