Been practising this trick for 2-3 months now with 4 rings and it's starting to be very solid. Just recently I added the 5th ring and it's starting to run as well! :)/nPlan is to perform it with 5 rings with a run of 10 bounces/20 catches within a year from now! I use my feet as my 3rd and 4th hand :) I´ve tried to think of a 3 and 4 handed siteswap notation but I don´t have much result.../nIf you guys are interested in a tutorial, I may make one for the ija tutorial contest this year!/n(Also: the trick at 1:00 I call ´feeding with yourself´)

3. "sA": The manipulator substitutes a pass from B to A. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.

in practice I decided to have a quick go at 9 rings on a chair, after my first attempt was a messy flash my 3rd attempt was a beautiful way to easy very clean 11 catches whilst sitting down! :)

I've been juggling for over 20 years, I love to practice overhand catches. My reactions are now finest tuned enough to catch almost anything that falls out of my cupboards or off my work tops. I even caught a fainting man once.
