Tricks With Hats: Chest spin

Chest spin - Spin the hat down the arm, across the chest and out along the other arm. Hold the hat crown down in a outside grip. Flick the wrist inwards as hard as you can so that the hat spins fast and strikes the inside of the wrist. Allow the spin of the hat to carry it across the body and along the other arm. pass poi in chest roll ???? without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???. Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study. for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot. Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.
