Primary yo-yos used in the demonstration by Luke Renner were created by: Russell, Playmaxx, Tom Kuhn, Monarch and includes a generic red & yellow plastic yo-yo (cameos by Hummingbird & Duncan). Studio footage filmed by Andrew Gomez in Northwest New Mexico 12/30/09 and footage filmed by Steve Renner 1/3/10. Yo-yo topic covered in this instructional video is the different types of primary yo-yo shapes. The three covered are traditional, slimline/midline/Russell and butterfly yo-yos. Includes the a possible origin of the butterfly yo-yo. This is the second of a two part series. Note: The Russell shape is included with the slimline/midline group; however this shape is considered unique enough to have its own category. Music is a public domain jazz loop by Florian.

Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. bietet jedes Jahr die Burning Bizarre Convention im September an. In Dresden treffen sich verschiedene Menschen aus aller Welt, um eines miteinander zu teilen:Jonglage und Spiel mit dem Feuer. Die Teilnehmer trainieren zusammen in Workshops, zeigen sich gegenseitig neue Tricks, sind in Kunst-Werkstätten kreativ, usw. Alle können gemeinsam Jonglieren und Trainieren als Anfänger oder als Profi.
Am Samstagabend wird in der Gala-Show eine Choregrafie präsentiert, in der Jonglage, Feuerkunst, brennende Skulpturen, Feuerwerk und Musik miteinander kombiniert werden.

The association Jugend- & Kulturprojekt offers every year in September the Burning Bizarre Convention. In Dresden a lot of people coming from all over the world meet them together to share Juggling and Game with Fire. They all participate in Workshops, share new Tricks and express their creativity in art worshops. Beginners and professionals can juggle together.

This is the second part of my second official juggling video. I have now been juggling for 16 months. Shots in this video were taken from many different locations including Colorado, Virginia, New Jersey, and Souderton, Pennsylvania (my hometown). And a special thank you to Peter Brubaker for teaching me how to juggle and giving me video editing tips that made this video way better than the first one. (Also, thanks to Vova Galchenko for inspiration)

The first bit didn't get recorded so I had to put it a little video in from a different performance of the same routine. Here's a non-trailer trailer for an upcoming mini-series of Boppo's Whiteboard ... namely, several different methods to calculate or deduce transition sequences between excited-state siteswap tricks. If you know the get-in and get-outs, that's enough to make transitions. If you know of or can find a trick that has states in common with the tricks you wish to transition between, that is enough to make transition sequences. If you know the states themselves and can find throws to convert between them, that too is enough. Also, if you can give the total arrival schedule, if you will, of the entire sequence you wish to have transitions within, that too enables you to deduce possible transition sequences. They all work for synch, too, but the last is maybe the best method for me.

I've put together a video of a bunch of different club passing patterns. All jugglers are graduates of Messiah College (I still go there). Credit goes to John Chase for teaching the rest of us these patterns and being, by far, the best juggler in the group. The six-ball siteswap 999441. Note that there are 3, 2, and 1 throws of each different height, which have heights of 3^2, 2^2, and 1^1. The sum of the throws are then 3^3 + 2^3 + 1^1, which is the square of the third triangular number (1+2+3)^2. How about that? This works in general, by the way.

This is my first bouncing video. Bought my bounce balls from EJC and I'm super happy with them as you can see from the video! :) Wanted to try out lot of different stuff, still researching and having fun with bouncing.
