Freebie from my new Diabolo VHS! I made new 55min diabolo film and this is one segment from it. You can get the full High end Diabolo VHS by sending me an empty VHS tape with return envelope and some bucks for good will (10€ is pretty fine) VHS-tape include all new never before seen diabolo material (except the 501 with different rotations just popped out online)

Full arm roll - Roll the hat from hand to hand along outstretched arms Hold the hat with the crown back in an outside grip in your outstretched right hand. Flick the hat so that it spins up onto the arm and rolls across the back of the neck (make sure the head is ducked forward out of the way) and down the other arm. As the hat reaches the other wrist bend the hand up and catch it in a inside grip. Make sure the arms are sloped so that the hat is always rolling "downhill", and practice, practice, practice - this is a difficult trick. From the TricksWithHats archive

This is my first proper practice in a year and a half and I apologize for it being really sketchy. I'm really eager to get back into juggling but the weather in England isn't the best, so I made sure i took advantage of this 'okay' night (apart from the rain during the 7 clubs at the end)./nI recently found a p cool spot to juggle which inspired me to try out juggling again. I'm pretty happy i got some cool tricks on my first go! Thanks to Lewis Kennedy for helping me get back into juggling. Hopefully you'll see more of me, who knows?

Some new body throw patterns that I came during the year. The body wrap shower I had to do in the T Shirt because it was impossible with more clothing ;) hopefully I'll be able to film some 3 ball sequences soon as well. This video will dig into the world of patterns again :)

Diabolo trick: Leg Orbit (Around the Leg) For a full description and more tricks for diabolos check http://www.diabolotricks.co.uk/trick/leg-orbit.html

Start with plate flat on your right hand. Swing it in a full anti-clockwise circle, twisting your wrist over at the top so the plate finishes back in its original position with your shoulder and wrist twisted to support it. Reverse the move to unkink your arm. It's also possible to stop the plate at the top of the circle and bring it back down the way it came. From the TricksWithHats archive
