New Flip HD! Started working on them properly today, after 5 million tries got some that almost looked right. Maybe make another in a month to see if theres any difference...doubtful. I'm going to learn the bastard though even if it kills me.

Don't get mixed-up, there's no sauce in the video. "To sauce" means to throw or to pass in Canadian slang (it comes from the saucer pass in hockey), so now it should make sense :)
This video is the continuation of my 3 ball juggling experimentation and it mainly focuses on body throws, hence the title.

In August 2011 I had the great pleasure to meet Luke at the Zircouplet-Varieté in Berlin. He did a remarkable moderation and performed once again his unique juggling as well! A new pattern created using Aidan notation. The manipulators in this pattern are dependent, as clubs are taken by one manipulator and replaced by the other.
4 count static Y base, with B at the back of the Y, D in the middle of the Y, A on the left of the Y (from the point of view of D and B) and C on the right. Aiden notation for the pattern:
