I visited DPRK in September 2013 and was lucky enough to see the Mass Games twice. The show has around 100,000 performers and it tells the story of The Korean Revolution through synchronised dance, gymnastics and acrobatics. The giant picture on the far side of the stadium is created by 20,000 children, all with books of coloured cards, each book containing up to 170 pages. The scene at the start is their warm up. The show runs each year from July to September or October; you can watch as many videos online as you like, but to truly appreciate it, it's best to see it live.

in practice I decided to have a quick go at 9 rings on a chair, after my first attempt was a messy flash my 3rd attempt was a beautiful way to easy very clean 11 catches whilst sitting down! :)

Projekt Juggl.ING je vytvořen za účelem rozvoje znalosti žonglérské teorie, pojmů, zásoby triků s různými nástroji, práce s výrazem a tvorbou show./nHlavní myšlenkou projektu Juggl.ING je rozšíření žonglérské komunity. Na workshopy a přednášky jsou vybíráni jedni z nejatraktivnějších lektorů v daných žonglérských oborech. Jednotlivé lekce jsou tvořeny tak, aby účastníci rychle a efektivně pochopili přednášený předmět lekce. /nPřednášky a workshopy jsou určeny spíše pro pokročilejší žongléry, kteří se chtějí dále rozvíjet v žonglérském umění, ale pro začátečníky budou velmi poučné a hodně si z nich odnesou.

Finally after some time, me and my friend Bert Maas made a new juggling video. Thanks to Bert for all the filming and editing, I think he did an awesome job!/nThis is filmed at TU/e (University of Technology) in Eindhoven the Netherlands, where I study now. Unfortunately I almost have no time left for juggling. In the video are some tricks I'm working on. Not extreme hard or anything, but nice to watch I think. Hopefully I can develop some really crazy tricks with this, feedback is welcome!

Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air
