My 3 ring juggling routine, I have been coming up with routines lately for performance and just for fun so I thought I would post one for you guys. Hope you like it :)

I’m a 4th generation circus arts performer.I started juggling at age 12, my very first performance was in 2007,at age 14. Improvements in the past few years: I always consider my main goal to show something new, unique and special to the audience when I perform my act. I always try to improve, to get better in what I do. In the past few years, I improved my contemporary dancing skills, and learned a new style dance: dubstep. I also learned how to get better with the 7 balls, I learned to juggle 9 and 10 balls, and my main goal now is to be able to juggle with 11 balls as well. I said a while ago that it's much easier to juggle with all throws and catches under the legs when you're sitting down. Well, I got my video camera out and taped myself doing some sweet moves. It's easy to do the simple patterns, but integrating cool 3 ball tricks makes it look really good--and makes it really difficult.

Also, please spare me the "unicycle" suggestion comments or "you should have done a 3 ball cascade" while riding no-handed comments. If you don't know anything about triathlons, then those comments are very naive, because you have no idea what a race like this entails. I spent 10 months training, researching, and fine tuning what works.
