A very short clip thrown together from a recent show in Mexico. First chance I've had to film something since finishing with Cirque./nFire Fury show description:
A high impact combination of modern dance, acrobatic skills, fire prop manipulation and special effects. Atmospheric and powerful high energy rhtyhms.
This very dynamic act includes spectacular and breathtaking special effects Dan designed for Cirque du Soleil. Optional pyrotechnic finale can also be included.

I liked how this one turned out. It's not my usual style of 1 straight take, this one has edits. I had to do edits for various reason. I also forgot a trick I can do very well, behind the back catches with my new toys, and I'm mad I forgot that since I spent a good 3 days straight practicing it.
Like I said in the intro, I've only been doing rings for 2 weeks (well 2 weeks and 2 days) and I pretty much haven't done anything at all except them.

I performed this at the Open Stage of the juggling Convention in Freiburg this year. It´s not the best quality but i nail some pretty cool 1 Devilstick tricks on stage and had a lot of fun too.

This is a trick more commonly done with clubs, diabolos, or devil sticks but I think it translates nicely with cigar boxes. These are just a few of the many possible variations that I'm working on.

Trick featured in the video is two handed "reach for the moon" aka "shoot for the moon". Trick tips: 1) Practice each individual hand before combining the trick. 2) Use a fixed axle. 3) There is no easy way to master this trick other than practicing everyday. Special thanks to Dale! "GoPlay!" is an experimental combination of documentation and video-clip style action parts, both exploring the wide artistic field of juggling.
The main focus is set on an highly aesthetic way to capture the artists and their art, but to also get an idea of what drives them.

Me in a room with three balls an ipod and minimal editing. It's taken from one continious sequence with only about four seconds edited out at the beginning. It ends with me wiping my nose on my sleeve and bending over--I am one classy dame...
