Once you've got fishtails these arn't too difficult. At the end of every beat do 1 vertical propeller (wrap round your wrist) and fishtail back to the other side.

This is my first submission for the 2011 IJA Video Tutorial Contest. Most jugglers think that poi spinners are smelly freaks who go to the desert to listen to trance music, but hopefully after watching this you will also see that those of us who choose to can create some quite difficult and technical tricks. /nIf you like my video please vote for it at www.juggle.org between April 1st and 4th. Here is my latest video which contains only 6 ball juggling. I started practising 6 balls in April-May 2009.
Most the clips were filmed in May 2010. It's probably the technically most difficult video I've ever made =)
I'm always waiting for tipps how to improve anything in juggling.

Two consecutive cycles of Ben Beever's difficult siteswap. Notice how it switches sides so on one of the cycles the high throws have to be done with the weak hand. Also notice how the high throws are the same 2 balls.

I made this video because I wanted to try putting some effort into the production side of things and because I had a bunch of clips I wanted to show certain individuals. Because I had no one in particular in mind to show all of this stuff to, the video has an ADHD feel to it that I like.
For the record, the juggling here is pretty respectably difficult, the straps are respectably intermediate, and the wheel stuff is laughably simple. This is in line with how often I practice each of them as well as the total length of time I've been working on each.

I said a while ago that it's much easier to juggle with all throws and catches under the legs when you're sitting down.
Well, I got my video camera out and taped myself doing some sweet moves.
It's easy to do the simple patterns, but integrating cool 3 ball tricks
makes it look really good--and makes it really difficult.
