Brent Stole GT Laceration Yo-Yo Trick - Luke Renner. The trick is demonstrated using the MagicYoYo April. The story behind the trick is that... "Brent stole my trick" said Alex at the US National Yo-Yo Contest. Since then then it has been shortened to just Brent Stole. The trick is a fast Green Triangle Laceration. I filmed this during my vacation to croatia this week. Because I didn't have a lot of time to film and it because it was really hot I decided to film a little story 4, because it only required one location. You won't see any new stuff in this video, but you will see some hard combo stuff, mainly with 3. However I have come up with lots of ideas since limits and probably will make a new proper video soon ;).

I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. My friend and I made an attempt at making a juggling movie with somewhat of a plot. It involves lots of the 5-ball cascade and some passing at the end.

A circus performance my friend and I performed in circus class last term. We have still yet to perform it to an audience this term. The basci story line is that I (the kid with blonde hair starting on stage) am doing some diabolo tricks. My friend (dark haired guy) walks on and sees me. He trys to show me up by juggling but fails (on purpose). I show him up again, and he steals my diabolo (twice) then he grabs some staffs. We fight, he "beats me", but then I get pu and finish him with the diabolo and do a final trick. ENJOY! :DDD/nP.S. The reason I ran off stage quickly was to grab a diabolo which rolled off stage. Sorry for the 2 fails (diabolo ones).

I filmed this during a practise session yesterday. All the clips together are a little story, whenever I film a pracitse session from now on I will continue the story from where I stopped in the last video. Somtimes I skipped parts of the story (e.g. when I am at a differerent place in the next clip suddenly. This would be too boring to watch, so it's a story where some parts are missing. You will know what I mean if you watch the video ;))

This is a collection of video I shot over the years as I developed a routine around the tennis ball and can./nHere's my recollection of the history of 3 tennis balls and a tennis can: On easter of 1989 I was bored and picked up a can of tennis balls thinking, "I can probably throw all of the balls out of the can and then go into a 4 pattern that includes the can." I quickly discovered some of the centrifugal properties of the can and began developing a routine at the Celebration Barn with people like Fritz Grobe and Steven Ragatz helping to critique my idea. At the same time in another part of the world, Scott Slesnick had discovered the same prop, but was doing different things with it. Neither of us knew of the other for years, but when we met at an IJA convention in Vegas one year, we pieced together the rumors we had heard of each other and decided that we had both come up with it independently and had been spreading it around the world over the years.

World on a String takes us into the world of competitive yo-yoing. Yo-yos are not just the nostalgic toys of a bygone era; they are equipment for competitive sport and intricate art. The film focuses on four players as they prepare for and take part in the World Yo-Yo Contest in America. It is a story of an close-knit underground community full of innovation, self expression, loss and friendship.
