That’s my new 3 ball juggling video. After watching the footage the first time I noticed that I had too much stuff for a normal video. Because of that I decided to separate it in 5 chapters. I think that the structure makes it more watchable.
Chapter 1: body placements
Chapter 2: combinations and miscellaneous
Chapter 3: fork and back of the hand
Chapter 4: boxes and Co.
Chapter 5: bodythrows and bodycatches
Don’t except too much of the bodythrow/catch stuff. Recently I didn't work much on bodythrows/catches. Therefore the focus is more on the other chapters.

My first experiment with juggling related video editing. I filmed some half hour worth of footage on a nice summer day and tried my best to edit it down to a well-synched, fast cut, short, effectpacked music/juggling video.

Trick featured in the video is two handed "reach for the moon" aka "shoot for the moon". Trick tips: 1) Practice each individual hand before combining the trick. 2) Use a fixed axle. 3) There is no easy way to master this trick other than practicing everyday. Special thanks to Dale! Video Number 20 from the peanut butter cup! It's about time isn't it too? Don't worry, it was well worth the wait, especially as I've just recently had a massive jump in my editing skills while creating this video. I'm not gonna say it's my best yet, but DAMN is it good! Enjoy!

The juggling act I did in the annual Winter circus in Helsinki. It's made by Hurjaruuth and this year it was called Tuike which means twinkle. We did 76 shows in about 2 month! Heavy stuff :) It's me as Doctor Alby and Sergi Parés as Doctor Kivi.

I've been juggling for a about a year and a half, and had 5 balls down (I thought) about a year ago, but now I'm having problems with my form. I'm having pain in my right shoulder and arm after a few hundred catches of 5 objects. As a side note, I do have some kind of muscle problem with my right shoulder now. I'm not sure if it's caused my by my bad form, or causes it, or is completely unrelated. I've been to a chiropractor 3 times now for it and I'm just wondering what to change. Thanks.

The Arts was my first ever circus video was created for my Yr12 6th AS media CW and i think it is very good would like lots feedback comments tips hints and compliments :D:D lmao btw forget about the intro purly to get up a extra grade lmao :D
Thanks to Kent Circus School for helping preform and teaching me and also thanks to my GF who filmed most of it
oh btw sumone tampered with it before i merged it then i merged it without resolving this so audio at times is not what it should be which makes the film less effective unfortunly
