Just a single trick because I can't really do an edit right now (I have RSI or something). From big cup, the trick goes: juggle to lighthouse - fast-hand big cup - big cup juggle - 2x arm bounce - spike - earth turn to bird fly over the valley - fast-hand 1-turn lunar - spike.

Salaryman - A full length video combining contact bodyrolling, finger stalls and mixed props (Renegade Design Lab).
I've made plenty of videos up until now but I felt like creating something more substantial for a change. The idea came several months ago during a very low point at my job (basically a lack of anything to do), so I've used all that pent up energy and frustration and decided to create some new ideas and see if I could take contact juggling somewhere that maybe hasn't been explored before. Theres plenty more to be done but this is a first step towards where I would like to be with my juggling in the future.
I'm not interested in asking people to pay to watch or for donations (it just wouldn't feel right), I simply ask that if you like what you see, please share it! As long as it gets around and (hopefully) inspires somebody then it has done it's job.

This is my BYJOTY juggling act for 2016, which was my final year of entering since I'm currently 20 years old. This was my first and only endurance practise session. I do juggle often and for a long time but I thought endurance was quite boring. But because some friends asked me to do endurance I finally took one afternoon and what you can watch right now is the third of three tries of 7 ball cascade endurance run.

Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air
