I said a while ago that it's much easier to juggle with all throws and catches under the legs when you're sitting down.
Well, I got my video camera out and taped myself doing some sweet moves.
It's easy to do the simple patterns, but integrating cool 3 ball tricks
makes it look really good--and makes it really difficult.

Hey, it's a 3D practice video, with editing of course. includes suns (to armstall and popping out for fts) and about 10 otts (?) sometimes.
