here is a little routine we put this together for the school talent show Art of Movement is made of me and 2 of my friends combining diabolo, popping, and breaking vid is from the rehearsal because the vid from the actual show didn’t turn out so well but it was more or less the same bit low quality and yeah.. i messed up a few times at the end =/ but oh well pls give me some comments and suggestions

3 Ball juggling and devilstick video I did to the song Suit & Tie by Justin Timberlake. I played around with a few different editing things to give it an old school feel. Routine/flow starts around 55 seconds or so. Check out my smoothness until once again I have a silly drop. We are two girls from Finland and we're here to bring you new flavor to your hoop dance! The idea is to show different level tricks in many angles.
We won't be talking, because a.) we don't like tutorials with a lot of babbling ourselves, so we decided to do something different and b.) we would sound like idiots! ;)

This is an angel roll with a jesus in the middle, and since a jesus consists of a halo roll and a front side halo roll hence holy trinity (angel, jesus and halo). When the angel roll is coming across your back you need to turn quite fast to get into the jesus. If you get the jesus the exit isn't too hard, just hold out your arm like you would normally for an angel roll.

Full arm roll (backhand release) - Roll the hat from hand to hand along outstretched arms
Hold the hat with the crown back in an inside grip in your outstretched right hand. Flick the hat so that it spins up out of the back of your hand onto the arm and rolls across the back of the neck (make sure the head is ducked forward out of the way) and down the other arm.
As the hat reaches the other wrist bend the hand up and catch it in a inside grip.
Make sure the arms are sloped so that the hat is always rolling "downhill", and practice, practice, practice - this is a difficult trick.
