Three Hat Cascade - Ring Style - Juggling 3 hats in a cascade, throwing them as you would rings.
1. Learn to juggle 3 balls. See the IJDb tutorials page. Sorry non-jugglers, but it'll help a lot.
2. Throw each hat with a flick of the wrist to give it some stabilising spin. Catch the hats palm-upwards, in an inside grip. Rotate the wrist inwards 180 degrees before the next throw.

From the film "European Nights" (basically a compilation of nightclub acts). 'Monsewer' Eddie Gray and partner juggling clubs in comical fashion, with interruptions from a third man.
The narrator calls the act "The Grays", and according to Wikipedia Eddie's brother Danny was also a juggler, so it may be him.

(Farmington, New Mexico), registration will be at 5:30 p.m. with the contest beginning at 5:45 p.m. outside the Farmington Museum during Freedom Days! See String Theory in Action! While enjoying the Farmington Museum Foundation Ice Cream Social, take a moment to cheer on the string slingers at the Farmington Museum.
