wow, for such a quick trick this is really hard and doesn't even look that good. sure is fun when you land it though. right wrap->left unwrap->push on string with right hand, stick in front of string, let go of sticks->catch string of the sticks in their original hands, and you're in crackers position.

This is a collection of video I shot over the years as I developed a routine around the tennis ball and can./nHere's my recollection of the history of 3 tennis balls and a tennis can: On easter of 1989 I was bored and picked up a can of tennis balls thinking, "I can probably throw all of the balls out of the can and then go into a 4 pattern that includes the can." I quickly discovered some of the centrifugal properties of the can and began developing a routine at the Celebration Barn with people like Fritz Grobe and Steven Ragatz helping to critique my idea. At the same time in another part of the world, Scott Slesnick had discovered the same prop, but was doing different things with it. Neither of us knew of the other for years, but when we met at an IJA convention in Vegas one year, we pieced together the rumors we had heard of each other and decided that we had both come up with it independently and had been spreading it around the world over the years.

These are something i came up with while on a beach in Thailand so i have fond memories for this move. When passing the staff behind the back give it a little pop up to keep it spinning and to make it a bit easier to catch.

I'm Toddington from the UK. I started up Diabolo 9 months ago when I started travelling Sri Lanka and India. The internet was terrible so I've been learning from books until now. After all these years. Holy crap. it's been 8 YEARS since Kinetic Potential, and now, FINALLY I've gone and had the time and will to make juggling music video number 22. Good god life can suck sometimes keeping you away from doing awesome things on video for the internet heh. Though really, it's my own fault. The whole idea of the big music video series is that I would only do my absolute best tricks in them, and really only make new ones when I have a bunch of new personal bests to put in. Problem is, I hit my peak and plateaued with that 6 ring flat front qualify in the last vid, and so I feel like making another video is unjustified cause it's gonna have the same if not worse tricks in it. Welp, it's reflection of my current abilities since then, sooooo, guess it's better to showcase my decline/plateau than to be hidden forever XD

without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???.
Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.

[2007] so anna and i (selby) made this video over break. i was talking to jon and decided to dedicate a trick to him. then when we were editing, we realized that there were many people we wanted to dedicate things to, so we did. so here it is, not only a super awesome video but a tribute to people who have helped us become the 'jugglers we are today'

this is an older one.It's a trick i call " the iron lotus" this trick happens at the end. it is when the hoop is tossed in the air, then i flip the wand so that the handle flips into the hoop as I catch it.

Scrambled 3 with an extra club. Note that when C would do L:4x, R:2, R:4p in other ambled patterns to switch sides, here the necessity to do two right hands in a row is solved diferently L:3, R:5px, R:2. The pass is substituted, but it is a 5px which is why the manipulator has it for so long that they have to do a self and intercept before they deliver the 5px

When I train with mirrors, sometimes I check myself for how does it look like, searching for mistakes (errors) etc...
So I decided to use this idea of looking into mirror as an improvisation exercise and I played more with the idea of consciously comunicating with "my other self" in the mirror as it was a living being. What are you searching for when you look in the mirror?

A little free performance I did at the JJF. I didn't have much time to make it but I tried to throw in some harder stuff than my championship routine to test it out. Gonna work on completely new tricks for next year and keep them out of videos so there's a bit more impact when seeing them, a lot of this stuff has been done to death now.
