A work in progress about color tracking and table juggling some Préchac patterns. This experiment was done in 2010 by Proyecto Sánchez in Madrid, and was part of "Colores" performance in "Al Filo" festival in Teatro Circo Price.

This video is the result of me exploring body throws with clubs for over a year. It includes the best club tricks I’ve come up with since my last club video, and most tricks include shoulder, arm and leg rolls. I’ve been exploring these concepts because I feel like they haven’t been explored enough and I highly recommend you to try them out! The matrix. It's hard. That's why everyone loves it. You can do the matirx in 2 ways, starting on the neck like I do or starting on the shoulder like meg does here. To distinguish the difference I call this version a full matrix because it goes fully around your body and not just under both arms. I personally prefer the full matrix (well I would wouldn't I) because I think it looks nicer but it's all a matter of oppinion. The secret to getting a matrix is to really lean. It takes a while to get and takes even longer (a lot longer) to get it solid. As with everything practice, practice, practice.

I found this clip on my computer of me goofing around with 4 clubs last fall, and set it to music. It's 2 minutes of good juggling in one long run, then 30 seconds of failing at the end. Mostly it's 4 club siteswaps, but there are some other tricks too.
