Hope you enjoy the video. Also, please spare me the "unicycle" suggestion comments or "you should have done a 3 ball cascade" while riding no-handed comments. If you don't know anything about triathlons, then those comments are very naive, because you have no idea what a race like this entails. I spent 10 months training, researching, and fine tuning what works. Until you actually get out there and see what "works" then try to understand that what looks good on paper, doesn't always translate into good practice. Enjoy! -Joe

Here is my latest video which contains only 6 ball juggling. I started practising 6 balls in April-May 2009.
Most the clips were filmed in May 2010. It's probably the technically most difficult video I've ever made =)
I'm always waiting for tipps how to improve anything in juggling.

Since many years i working on the ContactStaff. Although i can say that it is the best staff what is made and balanced especially for contact technique, i still haven't been satisfied. At the last two months i made two innovations, what makes this staff the ultimate contact staff with the new connection and the special aluminum alloy, mix with the experience of weighting and creating contact staffs.

Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. I was visiting my girlfriend and got asked to do a show at Marymount High School. I had limited props but had a good time. These kids had never seen a real juggler before. Strangely, the headmaster interrupted my performance to tell my how wonderful I was...you see her enter the court towards the end.
