Pop N' Fresh - Luke Renner. Yo-Yo used in the demo is the N12 Shark by MagicYoYo. The trick was created by Gary Longoria. This trick is a repeater based on the Mondial Hop. The feeder is A and the feedees are B (on A's left) and C. The feeder counts 1 2 3. On 1 and 3, A and B exchange a pass. On 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, B catches the pass and walks over by A, rotating the positions.
1. "iA": The manipulator M intercepts a pass from B to A. The juggler who was A becomes the manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator reads A's line.
2. "cC": The manipulator carries a club to C.
3. "sB": The manipulator substitutes a pass from A to B (catches the pass and hands in a different club). Then all the jugglers are re-labeled (but not the manipulator) and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.
Here, Rhonda starts manipulating at beat 3 above.

This was my first and only endurance practise session. I do juggle often and for a long time but I thought endurance was quite boring. But because some friends asked me to do endurance I finally took one afternoon and what you can watch right now is the third of three tries of 7 ball cascade endurance run.

I found this clip on my computer of me goofing around with 4 clubs last fall, and set it to music. It's 2 minutes of good juggling in one long run, then 30 seconds of failing at the end. Mostly it's 4 club siteswaps, but there are some other tricks too.

New Mexico Pump Jack Yo-Yo Trick is a repeating combination of Shoot the Moon and Over the Falls. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a fixed metal axle Duncan Wheel. Special thanks to Bill who performed a variation of this trick along with many others during late night string slinging at the 2011 National Yo-Yo Contest.
