Funland tricks presents: Triple Twist

Merzu

We are two girls from Finland and we're here to bring you new flavor to your hoop dance! The idea is to show different level tricks in many angles. We won't be talking, because a.) we don't like tutorials with a lot of babbling ourselves, so we decided to do something different and b.) we would sound like idiots! ;) We welcome anyone to send us a trick of their own, please contact us at: [email protected] and be part of the Funland Trick team! You can also suggest a trick for us and we do our very best to make it true. Now, we do this only for fun and for the sake of sharing hoop luv, so please understand that it might take a while to answer to your message. We will answer to every single one though.Thank you for your patience! Enjoy the tricks, we will post a new one every sunday so remember to subscribe! Happy hooping! http://www.youtube.com/user/FunlandTricks?feature=watch/ https://moodforhoop.jux.com/ www.moodforhoop.fi http://www.tuliduo.fi/?page_id=84

BKA Outlink - Trick 4

Kendamatty

C-Whip. This trick baffled me completely. So I went to the bare basics and looked at "Knees", the second book from The Void and Donald Grant. Coming from a ZERO juggling background, string tricks have eluded me for the past 6.5 years of playing Kendama. Until now....

Reverse Elbow Fishtails

Sandy

These can be done forwards and backwards. They arn't true elbow fishtails because there is only one beat of a fishtail at a time with other beats put in to get positioning. If anyone manages complete continuous elbow fishtails please let me know and i'll stick a vid up cos they are DAMN hard. The tricky bit of this move is getting your elbow across 180 fast enough to catch the fishtail but not so fast the staff flys off your elbow. (See also Elbow Fishtails)

trident manipulation - Chinese solo female

bad1dobby

Solo female Chinese acrobat performing with tridents. I do not know which troupe she is from. This skill is sometimes called Fei-cha. It is a traditional Chinese acrobatic form. The tridents have loose elements at the head, which creates the characteristic jangling noise. From a video titled Beijing Magic Shows.

Red-Yellow Juggling at University (Eindhoven | NL)

simonacampo

Finally after some time, me and my friend Bert Maas made a new juggling video. Thanks to Bert for all the filming and editing, I think he did an awesome job!/nThis is filmed at TU/e (University of Technology) in Eindhoven the Netherlands, where I study now. Unfortunately I almost have no time left for juggling. In the video are some tricks I'm working on. Not extreme hard or anything, but nice to watch I think. Hopefully I can develop some really crazy tricks with this, feedback is welcome!

Tricks With Hats: Steve Rawlings Twisty Hat Catch

TricksWithHats

Steve Rawlings showed me this trick in Birmingham and said that he used to do it in every show, but now that he's older (and a little rounder :-) he can't get it every time any more. Steve uses a china plate for this trick, but it works with hats too which is why it's here! :-) Take the hat in your right hand, using an inside grip and hold it so that the crown of the hat is facing to the left. Throw the hat virtically with some spin, and then do the following while the hat is in the air... Put your right hand between your legs Take the hand around the back of the right leg Stand on your left leg and move the right hand & foot behind the left leg Then, catch the descending hat in your right hand, from that position. Without falling over. Top Tips: Practice the "tangle yourself up" bit first without the catch. Keep your eye on the hat as it decends, practice loads... Luke Burrage managed to get this on video within 30 minutes. I've been trying for weeks and can't do it. It's pretty hard.

toddingtontoons

I'm Toddington from the UK. I started up Diabolo 9 months ago when I started travelling Sri Lanka and India. The internet was terrible so I've been learning from books until now. So glad to be in Japan now and finally find some inspiration online. Here is a video of my exploits so far./nI'm heading to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Canada next ... probably in that order. Contact me if you wanna get involved somehow =]

I Still Juggle I Swear

Reeses2150

After all these years. Holy crap. it's been 8 YEARS since Kinetic Potential, and now, FINALLY I've gone and had the time and will to make juggling music video number 22. Good god life can suck sometimes keeping you away from doing awesome things on video for the internet heh. Though really, it's my own fault. The whole idea of the big music video series is that I would only do my absolute best tricks in them, and really only make new ones when I have a bunch of new personal bests to put in. Problem is, I hit my peak and plateaued with that 6 ring flat front qualify in the last vid, and so I feel like making another video is unjustified cause it's gonna have the same if not worse tricks in it. Welp, it's reflection of my current abilities since then, sooooo, guess it's better to showcase my decline/plateau than to be hidden forever XD

A few claw hand patterns

Baxta76

I've been juggling for over 20 years, I love to practice overhand catches. My reactions are now finest tuned enough to catch almost anything that falls out of my cupboards or off my work tops. I even caught a fainting man once.
