Pop N' Fresh - Luke Renner. Yo-Yo used in the demo is the N12 Shark by MagicYoYo. The trick was created by Gary Longoria. This trick is a repeater based on the Mondial Hop. Music used in the video is from the public domain and features: Intro music by Richard Strauss followed by two pieces by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov: "Flight of the Bumble Bee" from the 1940's Green Hornet Movie Serial and the Russian Easter Festival Overture, Op. 36 performed by Czech National Symphony Orchestra. This is the video me and Jr. managed to record in 2 days of heavy practice and thinking. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to make a video with him because he is one of my biggest inspirations since I started juggling, and performing these tricks was easy due to our similar style of juggling. It was extremely fun to hang out with jugglers from Osaka and this was a great end for my student exchange program in Japan.

This form of staff juggling now seems to be commonly called "fei-cha".
It comes from the traditional Chinese acrobatic repertoire, and in chinese acrobatics books and videos that I have seen it is translated as "trident manipulation".
The trident has loose elements at the head, which make the jangling sound - it's often a very noisy act.
This spinner is Mohamed Badr El Nouby from the Cairo Circus School.

Starting off with the base pattern of rotating 2 count 4 count feed, we then add the maniuplators to do 3B (Brook in blue t-shirt the B maniuplator, Steve in black t-shirt the 3 manipulator). Every 30 beats you get back to the start, and so every 30 beats the B/V manipulator (Brook at this point) switches to the other pattern and the 5 people do around of 3B/3V. We do 3B/3V/3B/3V and then try to exit the pattern.
