I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)

This was my first and only endurance practise session. I do juggle often and for a long time but I thought endurance was quite boring. But because some friends asked me to do endurance I finally took one afternoon and what you can watch right now is the third of three tries of 7 ball cascade endurance run.

New Mexico Pump Jack Yo-Yo Trick is a repeating combination of Shoot the Moon and Over the Falls. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a fixed metal axle Duncan Wheel. Special thanks to Bill who performed a variation of this trick along with many others during late night string slinging at the 2011 National Yo-Yo Contest. The Feel Flux! A new skilltoy off kickstarter based on a powerful magnetic ball, which thanks to science, falls slowly through the tube, and hence, you can throw it back up when it reached the bottom, and then who knows what from there! This is surprisingly effective when done well, it can really look like your leg has dissapeared! Unfortunately it's very angle sensetive, it only really works when viewed from the front.
Incase you can't work it out from the video, here's how you do it.
Hold the hat by the brim, with the opening resting against the top of your thigh, move it down until it covers your foot and hides it from view. As you raise the hat again, bend your leg at the knee. Et voila! Your leg has vanished!
Lower the hat again, straightening your leg as you do so. Ooh look! Your leg has re-appeared!
Top tips: Only raise the hat as far as your knee, and keep your foot hidden behind your thigh. A few minutes practice infront of a mirror and you'll soon get the hang of it.
Bonus points: Make both legs dissapear, at the same time...
