Brent Stole GT Laceration Yo-Yo Trick - Luke Renner. The trick is demonstrated using the MagicYoYo April. The story behind the trick is that... "Brent stole my trick" said Alex at the US National Yo-Yo Contest. Since then then it has been shortened to just Brent Stole. The trick is a fast Green Triangle Laceration. Ori Roth and company asked to put together a little something for the Israel Juggling Convention, so I threw this together with the wonderful assistance of my lovely wife and Choji-kun at school. Seeing as I'm going to the British Juggling Convention right before Israel, and given that I'm teaching similar workshops at both gatherings, I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. Note: I'll be teaching a similar set at Barullo in Mexico in June! Banzai!

Now the truth can be told. Simmering rivalry was put to the test in the only way that kendama gentlemen may respectfully settle matters. After the BKO weekend was out of the way, a stand-up duel was in order. Who would prove to be the better man?

I'm studying in Japan and luckily I'm staying in the same city as Hirota. Since we can easily meet and our juggling styles fit each other we decided to make this video. He is a huge inspiration to me since I started juggling, so meeting him and recording this video was an honour to me.
