Here's the way computers use the state-space to generate transition sequences ... and why that way doesn't work for people! Plus, there's a human-based way if you know of or can come up with a trick that has states in common with the two tricks you wish to transition between. /nPlease note that even if tricks have different levels of excitation, but nevertheless share states with one another, you can just go from the middle of one trick to the middle of the other (or wherever the tricks share the common state), without any "extra" throws.

Just a practice vid from Tues 22 feb, so minimal editing. Most of the tricks are new with the diabolo, except the Vertax one where the diabolo goes out of the screen (I saw Will C do it at MJC) and the infinite suicide one. And a juggling TV first: Hamish juggling with up to 5 balls.
I'm good to make a tutorial for any trick at all!

This is the biggest juggling festival I've ever been to in my life and it was a blast. This video includes the best jugglers that I talked to and had the opportunity to record with. Hello me and my friend(Onni)were thinkin, should we make a video with only our best 2D tricks, i was like, well there aren't so many but what the heck what does it matter, but this video is not only 2D but in the beginning there is only one 1D trick, ill give you a hint: its a vertax trick which my friend can do but i cant get the hang of it! This came about through me and Tim messing about with antispin contact ideas and trying to work out how to antispin a fishtail. We came up with the antispin fishtail fountain and realised it could be done without antispin (obviously). Surprisingly the antispin version is easier as it doesn't try to fly off your hand as much. Starting in reverse do 1 beat behind you then go straight into a 180 fishtail carry downwards and in a straight line. Because it's antispin you need to move pretty fast in straight lines. When you get to the other side move your hand straight up and then straight across. This needs to be done in 1 beat. Try going through this holding the staff to your hand before fishtailing it to get used to feeling the path of spin.

Also, we got 1 round of the first galloped manipulator pattern where everybody gets to be in every position. More galloped manipulator patterns (and more rounds) will follow.

This is a performance I put together for a dance show that my university does every semester where all the dance groups put together 3-4 minute routines. So I threw together a quick juggling dance routine, The performance was for non jugglers and at a dance show so its not all that technically advanced, but whatevs. . . Also I dropped a lot due to the fact that I was nervous as hell.

This year I studied in Japan for 8 months and visited many cities while meeting jugglers everywhere I could. I took videos of many jugglers that I became friends with and many of them are part of the most famous Japanese jugglers. I made this video so that I could have some memories to look back and because I also wanted to show you how Japan is full of beasts. the twelfth annual diabolo.ca collaboration video celebrating the thirteenth anniversary of the D.ca forum./ndiabolo jugglers from many different countries are here sharing their tricks with all of us.
