Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. The video not only includes the most hardcore juggling Wes has ever done with balls, clubs, and rings but keyboards, chairs, tripods, paintings, and wine bottles are also recklessly thrown skyward. A handful of 5 Ball Tennis variations.
The first of these is a pattern involving feet that resembles [44][22]3, then standard tennis, next is 7445555, and finally 7535555.
The foot thing could be more tennisy, and there are many other variations I could have added. I wanted to include all of the variations suggested (tongue in cheek) in the recDot post that instigated this video (753 & 663 w/outside 3s, and 645555 with the 6 caught and thrown crossed arm on one side). I recorded the 645555 pattern and some others that I thought of in a few runs, but decided to use this clip for now.
If there is interest in seeing more tennis variations, I may record a lot more of them.

I’m a 4th generation circus arts performer.I started juggling at age 12, my very first performance was in 2007,at age 14.
Improvements in the past few years:
I always consider my main goal to show something new, unique and special to the audience when I perform my act. I always try to improve, to get better in what I do. In the past few years, I improved my contemporary dancing skills, and learned a new style dance: dubstep. I also learned how to get better with the 7 balls, I learned to juggle 9 and 10 balls, and my main goal now is to be able to juggle with 11 balls as well.

An act Kajsa and I did in "I Can Do This" our second year ending show at Dans och Cirkushogskolan.
