Once you've got fishtails these arn't too difficult. At the end of every beat do 1 vertical propeller (wrap round your wrist) and fishtail back to the other side.

Some new body throw patterns that I came during the year. The body wrap shower I had to do in the T Shirt because it was impossible with more clothing ;) hopefully I'll be able to film some 3 ball sequences soon as well. This video will dig into the world of patterns again :)

I like this move because people don't normally expect you to go back up the same arm you came down. As the staff is on your neck let it do an extra spin on your back and lean to your left and back so it comes round in front of you. Then lean to the right so it throat wraps back to your left shoulder and hold your arm out and swing it backwards so the staff rolls back up your arm.

conceptually, it's the same trick, except I hold the string with different hands. unwrapping stick passes inside of the string instead of outside, etc etc.
With the ever classy "throw at the camera" at the end.

wow, for such a quick trick this is really hard and doesn't even look that good. sure is fun when you land it though. right wrap->left unwrap->push on string with right hand, stick in front of string, let go of sticks->catch string of the sticks in their original hands, and you're in crackers position.

Do a steve with an extra spin on the neck and use that extra spin to get round your throat (giving the staff a little pinch with your shoulder and chin gives it more momentum). Lean to the right to allow the staff to pivot back round to the back of your neck and finish the steve.

Bring your arm round behind you and throw the staff into the front of your opposite shoulder at an angle. You can either stall it with your other shoulder or neck wrap it round to behind you.
