Body Saucin'

lucasadverse

Don't get mixed-up, there's no sauce in the video. "To sauce" means to throw or to pass in Canadian slang (it comes from the saucer pass in hockey), so now it should make sense :) This video is the continuation of my 3 ball juggling experimentation and it mainly focuses on body throws, hence the title. Music: Defunk - Banjo Blues The Sound Providers - 5 minutes (ft. Procussions) Filmed at: Camosun College, Victoria (BC). Thanks for watching!

Body Throw & 3 Ball Juggling Progress

lucasadverse

This was supposed to be my "one year of juggling" video but since university didn't allow me to practice and record on time, some months have passed. Inspirations and ideas by: José Lima, 3Hirota, Andrew Olson, Kouta Oohashi, Ciaran Perry and Gautier Trischler. Music: RJD2 - 1976 The Roots - Do You Want More?!!!??! Props: Brazilian Hybrid Russian Balls from JrMalabaris (78mm and 135g). Location: Victoria (BC), Canada. P.S. In case you are wondering why I particularly chose those 4 languages in the end, the reason is that those are the languages I speak/study.

Boom!

Tom_Hunt

A 20-minute show I directed and performed in recently as part of my course. Contains ball manipulation, club passing, acrobatics and a little aerial, and the percussion soundtrack is all performed live onstage. Although it was never officially named, the show has come to be known simply as 'Boom!'.

Here's the "Level Of Excitation" Method. To use it, you only have to know the get-in and get-out sequences for the excited-state siteswap tricks you wish to transition between. Knowing those, you can write transitions both ways.
