The Guinness Book has listed this trick, of releasing (all) 3 cigar boxes in the air and catching them perfectly in their original initial position after completing 4 full turns (1440 degrees), as a World Record.

A few cigar box juggling tricks over the break. Not as much crazy stuff as in 6, but I've been watching Lewie West's acro videos (check them out), and I really liked the mix of technical stuff with fun tricks that make you want to go train and explore whatever discipline you're doing. So I hope this does that.

I've put together a video of a bunch of different club passing patterns. All jugglers are graduates of Messiah College (I still go there). Credit goes to John Chase for teaching the rest of us these patterns and being, by far, the best juggler in the group. i wasn't going to make another video but then I saw that BeeJay did the same trick as I did. As such, this is my 3rd and last video for the IJA Youtube Tutorial contest 2011. Another good move to start with, this is just a reverse elbow wrap followed by a forwards elbow wrap but in wall plane (spinning in front of you as if you were facing a wall). As with all contact, don't let go of the staf untill your hand is touching the contact point (in this case the outside of your elbow). This helps give a nice smooth contact roll. As the video shows this move can be done with hands apart (adding an extra beat) or together. It also leads nicly into pivots.

Un malabar muy poco conocido y muy interesante. Si ya controlas un poco en malabares con giro (como mazas o sombrero) resulta relativamente fácil realizar los movimientos básicos y se presta mucho a la experimentación.
También puedes realizar algunos movimientos de pelotas con ellos, e incluso he visto usarlos como cajas chinas.
