A segment from my practice session today.
Drilling BtN (behind the neck) variations of things. It's still bumpy but progress is being made, slowly but surely. Posting on the web for concrit and tips from other jugglers.
I start by showing the normal move I am doing/attempting, then proceed with attempted BtN variations of that move.

Double feature of two old school string slinging classics. Rock the Baby trick variations include: Rock the Baby on the Trapeze, Rock the Baby on the Eiffel Tower, World's Smallest Rock the Baby, Pyramid Rock, Rock the Baby on the Brain Twister, Split the Atom and Rock the Baby, and Rock the Baby on the Launch Pad/Launchpad. Yo-Yos used in the demo: Playmaxx Turbo Bumblebee, Duncan Dragonfly, Yoyo Factory NorthStar, and the Moose Toys Goyo Racer yoyo (dog off leash). I had big problems with editing this. I am sorry for the bad qualitly, it was hd at first but my pc couldn't handle it so I had to convert it into such a bad quality :(. I am proud of this video anyway :D, there are some awesome 3d skills and also some new variations with 1 and 2d I came up with in this video.

A handful of 5 Ball Tennis variations.
The first of these is a pattern involving feet that resembles [44][22]3, then standard tennis, next is 7445555, and finally 7535555.
The foot thing could be more tennisy, and there are many other variations I could have added. I wanted to include all of the variations suggested (tongue in cheek) in the recDot post that instigated this video (753 & 663 w/outside 3s, and 645555 with the 6 caught and thrown crossed arm on one side). I recorded the 645555 pattern and some others that I thought of in a few runs, but decided to use this clip for now.
If there is interest in seeing more tennis variations, I may record a lot more of them.

First is a clip of Mills Mess with fake shower inserts. But it turns out that if you do flipped fake shower (where instead of throwing under the arm and catching uncrossed, you throw uncrossed and catch under the arm), then you can insert this fake shower in a different place. I borrowed a term from skateboarding and called this other insertion a frontside fake shower.
