This is my first entry for the first World Juggling Video Federation (WJVF) contest. The theme is "Traces of Plagiarism"... I was worried that I wasn't going to have enough time to make the video I'd been planning to make, so I whipped this one up in an hour or so.

MagicYoYo N12 Shark - Currently working on a tutorial using the N12 Shark. However; I'm having a difficult time putting the N12 down long enough to work on the tutorial. The trick is an early 2000 wrist mount variation featured in this :30 second preview. Special thanks to MagicYoYo in Shenzhen! Music courtesy of Stuart and The Juice Tigers. Starting off with the base pattern of rotating 2 count 4 count feed, we then add the maniuplators to do 3B (Brook in blue t-shirt the B maniuplator, Steve in black t-shirt the 3 manipulator). Every 30 beats you get back to the start, and so every 30 beats the B/V manipulator (Brook at this point) switches to the other pattern and the 5 people do around of 3B/3V. We do 3B/3V/3B/3V and then try to exit the pattern.

In Aidan Notation (X, Y, Z are the jugglers):

I switch by doing the second column of the pattern I've arrived in (as manipulator) and then switching to the third column of the new pattern (and everyone responds accordingly).

This form of staff juggling now seems to be commonly called "fei-cha".
It comes from the traditional Chinese acrobatic repertoire, and in chinese acrobatics books and videos that I have seen it is translated as "trident manipulation".
The trident has loose elements at the head, which make the jangling sound - it's often a very noisy act.

the twelfth annual diabolo.ca collaboration video celebrating the thirteenth anniversary of the D.ca forum./ndiabolo jugglers from many different countries are here sharing their tricks with all of us. Now it is time to celebrate even that this video is published way late and unfortunately doesn't have all the clips that were sent for the 2017 collaboration project in the first place. This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)
Unfortunately I didn't get any cleaner one on tape that day so I can't say that I'm any better! :)/nMusic: Brand new hate, cover by Peter Åberg.

I intended to make a one-minute video. That's why I recorded just a few scenes.

http://www.nielsduinker.com - This is a chapter of Niels Duinker's "Performance Highlights and Learn to Juggle DVD"./nLearn this cool juggling trick. Niels Duinker teaches you the half shower. The half shower is a variation on the cascade (the basic juggling pattern). In the half shower one hand does over the top throws while the other hand throws normally. It is a beginners tricks and a fun one to learn.

3d4c #2 (3 diabolos 4 clips number 2). Actually you could also say 3d6c, it depends on how you count. These tricks aren't the newest, but I personally find that they are pretty cool and good looking. (They are also pretty hard ^^.)

Oh yea one more thing, I am sorry for the bad line transition during the cloning clip, even after 1 hour of looking for the effect to make it gone I couldn't figure out what I need to do, so if anyone of you guys knows how this works for Premiere Elements, please tell me :)

This is the video me and Jr. managed to record in 2 days of heavy practice and thinking. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to make a video with him because he is one of my biggest inspirations since I started juggling, and performing these tricks was easy due to our similar style of juggling. It was extremely fun to hang out with jugglers from Osaka and this was a great end for my student exchange program in Japan.
